Professional Experience

Tim has 15 years of accounting and auditing experience.  Formerly an audit manager with Grant Thornton, Tim has experience working with companies in a variety of industries including manufacturing, telecommunications, energy, software development and service.  Tim also has extensive experience working with both privately held and public companies.

Recent Engagments

SEC Reporting:  Tim currently serves a partner for ten publicly traded clients and has assited several companies in making the required SEC filings to become publicly traded.

Reverse Merger:  Assisted with the planning, design and implementation and related audits of several successful reverse merger operating entities into public shells resulting in NASDAQ listed public companies.

Merger & Acquisition:  Assisted with the accounting treatment of acquisitions for several public companies including dealing with unique transactions requiring significant technical research and interaction with the SEC to insure proper accounting treatment.

Audits:  Managed the audit process of both privately held companies for purposes of debt compliance and publicly traded companies for purposes of SEC compliance.

Education

Tim earned both his Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.

Tim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Dallas Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also an associate member of the American Electronics Association.
